A trip to the moon could be fun! The airfare might be a little expensive though :)
Peru! You could eat lomo saltado (beef and fries) or papas rellenas (filled potatoes) or any number of other things! (But mostly potatoes.)
Although if you wanted a really good reason to celebrate Peru, you'd need to wait until next July, when they celebrate their independence. :)
Ooh, also, India! You have that great chicken recipe and you could try to make naan!
Romania, of course!!! The Phillippines, Australia or New Zealand would be great too.

I think a trip to New York would be fun! My friend's mom did that when half the family went to NY & the other half couldn't go. She started off with picking them up in a crazy cab ride. I can't remember all the fun things - but can ask her if you want :)

El Salvador and you can eat some YUMMY pupusas! (there are a few pupuserias in SLC that you can buy them from)
