Brothers and Sisters

Lindsay's Primary Teacher called to see if I had a picture of just Lindsay and Lucy.  I didn't, but they happened to be dressed in coordinating colors that very minute, so I snapped a few pictures.  Matt and Andrew happened to be semi coordinating as well, so I snapped a couple of them too.

Red Butte

We decided to go to Red Butte Garden on the free day.

Darin's mom came with us and I was so glad she did!
It was her first time, which made it fun, but I was also so grateful to have her help wrangling my four children!  Not only did she help me at the Garden, but when we got home she made lunch and fed the three kids while I fed Lucy.  Then, she had lunch ready for me too!  Thanks so much mom!!

Hansen Planetarium

In August, we are planning to go see the total solar eclipse.
We decided to take the kids to see the "Total Eclipse" movie at Hansen Planetarium to help them understand a little about what is going to happen and what causes it to happen.  Andrew was so funny during the movie in the dome theater.  He LOVED it!  We also loved all the exhibits and displays there.

Pioneer Days

I LOVE Pioneer days in Bountiful!
This year, I thought it was too hot for Lucy, so Darin "sacrificed" (he doesn't love parades) and stayed home with Lucy.  I love that the parade is only two blocks from our home so we can just walk and not deal with all of the traffic.

After the parade, we went up to Heather's to watch the fireworks.
Greg and Heather are so fun and such great hosts!
They bought TONS of candy and 2,000 glow sticks for the potato gun.
Such a wonderful night!!

This picture breaks my heart a little.
I can't believe Darin has won TWO of our children over to the Ute side!
I am going to have to work harder on Andrew and Lucy to bring them to the Cougar side!

Just a portion of the 2,000 glow-sticks!

10 Year Anniversary

Darin and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary!!
How I LOVE being married to this good man!
He took my to the Roof Restaurant!
It was our first time there and it was AMAZING!!

(Thank you to the anonymous person the gave us the gift-card!  So, so kind!)

On our actual anniversary, (Monday), I decided to surprise Darin by making a cake inspired by the flavors of our wedding cake.  He also decided to surprise me by stopping at Gourmandise on the way home!  So we had lots of sweets on our anniversary!  He also bough me those beautiful flowers!  I got a winner!

And here is a video I made for our 10 year anniversary.
(I did a similar slideshow of our first 5 years, so here is the next 5 years).

Happy Anniversary Darin, my 10 year Husband!
