Lagoon 2017

We finally took our kids to Lagoon for the first time! 
Darin's work had their company party there, and the kids were SOOO excited to go!

It is so fun to watch our kids different personalities in different situations.
Matt is our cautions child--not interested in going high, fast, or upside-down.
Lindsay was a sweetheart and was happy to do whatever made everyone else happy.
Andrew is a DAREDEVIL and was disappointed he wasn't tall enough to go on all the rides.  He is a nut!
Lucy, was patient and just hung out--I can't wait to see how her personality develops.

Weekend at the Cabin

Darin took this past Friday off work, so we decided to take the kids out of school and have a long weekend up at the cabin.  Thursday we headed up to the cabin, had a warm bowl of stew on a cold night, followed by a movie and then to bed.  When we woke up Friday morning, we realized we forgot to bring milk so, instead of doing without, or even going to Kamas to pick some up, Darin suggested we make a trip to Heber to have breakfast at Chick's!  (Always a win!) Afterwards, we came home and spent most of the day inside the cabin (it was raining all day) watching movies, doing puzzles, and playing rummikub, Uno, and Phase 10.  Saturday, the weather was much better and we went hiking, fishing, and playing around the cabin.  The boys caught four fish that we had for lunch--that was delicious!  We also ate lots of other yummy food like BBQ chicken, hot dogs, tin foil dinners, smores, and cobbler!  We can't wait to go back up!
