Matthew's Flag Football

Matthew is about half way through his flag football season.

I have been TERRIBLE about bringing my camera (I've only brought it ONCE).

But, I had to share my favorite play of Matthew's!

In the huddle.

Matt has been playing center.

Fake the handoff....

Start up the center....

Heading into the masses...

It looks like this kid has him!  Flag in hand!

But Matt makes a clean getaway! 

And nearly gets to the endzone!

We sure do love his coach!  (Our neighbor, Brent).

And Matt always has quite the cheering section!!

Braves vs. Wildcats

This has been a bad year for my almamaters.

I hated watching the Y lose to the U.

Then we had to watch the Braves lose to the Wildcats.

Part of me wanted to get all decked out in red with warrior stripes.

But, there is a good chance that Matt will go to Woods Cross (GASP!!!)

(Our ward is split--half go to Bountiful and half go to WX).

I just HATE the idea of Matt going to my rival school.

I know I should just grow up and get over it....but I still have 10+ years to do that.
