Provo City Center Temple Open House

I took the kids to the Provo City Center Temple Open House last week!

(Thanks Heather for the tickets!!)
Unfortunately, Darin couldn't get off work, and we missed him a lot.

I spent several hours here when it was the tabernacle.  It is AMAZING to see the transformation.

Alphabet Dates--P Date

 Darin PLANNED a PERFECT P date.

We started at the PAYSON temple open house.

(Wow!  That temple is BEAUTIFUL!!)

We got to visit with the PACKER (Truman) family.

We were going to have a PICNIC at a PARK and PLAY on the PLAYGROUND but there were too many PUDDLES.

Instead, we went to PACE’s.

I really think the Payson temple is the prettiest I've seen!

Abigail's Wedding (the reception)

This beautiful cousin of mine got married yesterday.

We ALL LOVE Abs! 

Isn't she gorgeous!?

It was a PERFECT night!  

The weather couldn't have cooperated better.
A big rainstorm came through right after they cut the cake and EVERYONE helped to clean up!
Beautiful day for a beautiful bride!

I did a little videography in the morning at the temple (I'll post later).

Here are a few of the pictures I took from the reception that night.

For dinner they did Cafe Rio salads!! YUMMO!!

And for dessert they had Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt!  SOO good!!

The BEAUTIFUL mother of the bride, my aunt Kathy!

And I know it is hard to believe, but it actually tasted even BETTER than it looked!!

The most delicious coconut cake I've EVER had!

Poor Robbie broke his collar bone!

At least his sling matched his tie!

Ogden Temple Open House

Our family made it up to the open house for the Ogden LDS temple.

It is BEAUTIFUL!!

I loved watching Darin talk to the kids in whispers as they walked from room to room.

I loved holding Andrew as he waved to EVERY volunteer.

But the best was seeing his reaction as we went to the celestial room.

"Ooooooo!!!  Ooooooo!!!" is all he kept saying as he pointed to different things.

I love this family of mine!

Temple Square

The Christmas Season is never complete without a trip to temple square.

We went and we LOVED it!

(And you'll notice that there are significantly more pictures of Lindsay than Matt. 

Matt's going through a "don't take my picture" stage....at least I HOPE it's just a stage.  

Lindsay, on the other hand, is in a "take my picture 6,000 times stage. Funny girl).
