Roomie Reunion

This week I got together with some of my favorite people on the planet---my roommates from sophomore year (minus 4).  It makes my heart happy to be with these wonderful girls and reminisce about the “old days.” Thanks for coming you awesome ladies!

Alphabet Dates—F Date

Darin did an awesome job planning our “F Date.”

We went to Scheels to ride the FERRIS wheel, 

we went “FISHING,” 

and we used some “FIREARMS.”

Afterwards we got some FAST FOOD 

which included FRENCH FRIES and FROSTIES.

It was FABULOUS!! 

Easter Dinner

We had a wonderful Easter dinner at mom and dad's house Sunday night.

Mom always sets the table so cute.

I LOVE these dishes.  These are the dishes mom and dad got for their wedding!

And I LOVE daisies! 

She made cute Easter gift bags for ALL of the grand-kids!

We had a little Easter Egg hunt after dinner.

Easter Egg Hunt and Playing at the Park

Saturday morning we took the kids to an Easter Egg Hunt.

We had a lot of fun!

The Easter Bunny was there, but the line to see him was too long.

So, we took the kids to the park instead.

Finding the Easter Baskets.

Saturday morning, when the kids woke up, we found that the Easter Bunny had come.  He left a long string of yarn that led to our baskets.  The kids had fun following the yarn around the yard to find their baskets.

Alphabet Dates--"E Date"

Darin had the day off from ETRADE, so we dyed EASTER EGGS.
Next we decided to EAT an EXCELLENT EDIBLE dinner then END the EVENING by watching the EMPEROR'S New Groove.
