Happy New Year 2016!!!

We had a fun little New Year's Eve Party at our house last night!

Yummy food (ham cheese sliders, cranbery cilantro salsa over cream cheese, cucumber sandwiches, fruit, veggies, and bacon wrapped winnies.   YUMMO), fun company, (Ben, Kristy, Eliza, Reese, Rick, my parents, our family, and our neighbors, the Nichols, came by for a bit), and we played fun games, (Telestrations, Pie Face, and Guesstures). We were done by 10:00 and asleep by 10:15.  It was a wonderful New Year's Eve!

If you haven't played Telesrations....it is a MUST!!  So funny!!!

And Pie Face is pretty fabulous too!!

New Years Day

New Years Day morning we had our traditional 

"NEW YEAR PANCAKES."

After breakfast, I helped the kids make their own "Goal Charts."

I always love the new year and recommitting myself to be a little better!

Last night we had a little New Years Eve Party.

My parents came down for dinner, games, and a movie.

It was a simple night, but we had fun!

A 2013 Breakfast

On New Year's morning I made THESE pancakes, cut out some numbers with paper, put the number cut outs on the pancakes, dusted the pancakes with powdered sugar, then removed the number cut outs.  I thought they turned out pretty cute, and the family liked them too!
