Gunnerson Nativity

This year, for the Gunnerson Christmas party, Darin's parents split the nativity into different sections and had each family act out the nativity, record it, then Jadi put it all together for one big film!  It was such a great idea, and after we finished our one section, we decided that we wanted to do the whole nativity too!  Here is our family nativity! 

Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve with the Gunnerson side this year!

It started out with a group text (started by Geoff) of all the kids doing a jumping picture and a Happy Christmas Eve text! (And aren't these outfits cute!?  Our cute neighbors bought those for our kids--Lucy has a matching one too).

I made over 100 rolls for the family dinner!

And we came home with NONE! :) 

We have a REALLY big group now!  We had SIX tables!

The dinner was DELICIOUS, the company was great, the kids LOVED their presents, the nativity was so funny, and it was a PERFECT night!  And isn't this little outfit of Lucy's darling?  Darin's mom made that for her!  It has gingerbread men on it.

After the party we came home and got on our Christmas jammies, put out cookies and milk, and went to bed!

JSMB Vending Machines and More!

We made a quick trip downtown to do the vending machines!

I think this is the cutest idea!

The kids had fun buying goats and pacifiers! 

We also went to look at the candy windows and walk around the mall for a bit!

Ward Christmas Party!

We had a wonderful ward Christmas party last weekend!

Honestly, I think it may have been my favorite!  

I was supposed to bring a cake, and I had a lot of fun making this peppermint chocolate cake!

It looked pretty cool when it was sliced up too! And I loved my cute little helpers!

Lucy got her first taste of candy cane and loved it!

BDAC Gingerbread Festival

Bountiful Davis Arts Center put on the CUTEST Gingerbread Festival!

Andrew entered into the gingerbread house decorating contest, and although he didn't win 1st place, he felt like he did because HIS house got to be displayed on the FRONT table.  Everyone was so kind to Andrew and asked to take his picture, and congratulated him on a great job! I think he felt like celebrity!  In addition to the houses on display, they had Santa, face painting, and crafts to make snowglobes!  And the only cost of admission was 1 can of food for the food bank! It was a great day!
