One of my darling young women, Capree, was sealed to her family this weekend. It was one of the sweetest experiences I’ve ever been part of! I sure love this family!!

Andrew Reflections Contest

 Andrew wrote a poem for reflections!

He won school, council, region, and state and now is going in to nationals!! 

Matt and Joan

Last week Darin was looking at Sister Simons and saying how cute she is with her head coverings.  As church got out she said goodbye to Darin, and walked out. 

Darin was visiting with another lady and had a strong impression that Joan shouldn’t be walking home alone, especially since we had just had a big snow storm. Darin apologized to the lady he was talking to, and said he wanted to check on Joan. 

He went out of the chapel, into the foyer, and she wasn’t there. He walked outside, and saw Matt holding her arm, walking her home.

When Darin told me the story I bawled. The next Sunday, I snapped a picture of Matt and Joan, and then later, after church, they walked home together again, so I tried to get a couple sneaky pics in. 

I love how much matt loves Sister Simons. She is the ultimate best!
