Peaches

 We had our biggest harvest of peaches this year!  And it also happens to be the year that canning lids are no where to be found!  Looks like we will be a little more creative this year!  We have enough lids to bottle a few quarts, but then we will need to freeze, do jam, fruit leather, and dry the peaches.  We might have to make a peach pie or two as well!
