Blossoms at the Capitol

My friend, Meredith, took some pictures for our family at the Utah State Capitol.  The blossoms there are AMAZING!!  I am so excited to see the pictures she got!  We arrived a little early, so I snapped a few of the kids.  I kind of love this little crew of mine!

Spring Break Part 5- Murals

This was one of my favorite parts of the staycation!
We did a little "mural scavenger hunt" around SLC. 

Spring Break Part 4-- The Gardens

We went to check out Gilgal Gardens and the International Peace Gardens both in SLC.

I don't think this was the kids favorite part of the staycation, but they were good sports.

Spring Break Part 3

One of the kids FAVORITE parts of the staycation was going to my 2nd mother's house (that the kids all thought was a mansion, complete with an elevator and indoor swimming pool). It was so fun to be with my dear friend Adrienne and her kids!  We had a fun time swimming and a kids DREAM lunch!  So much fun!  That night we went to Leatherby's for dinner and the BIGGEST ice-cream sundae!

Lucy was in a pretty grumpy mood until she saw the ice-cream and immediately climbed on the table and went in for a big lick!
