Spring Break Part 6 -- Town Square

After the temple, we picked up some pizza and had a little picnic at Town Square. 

The kids love the splash pad and carousel.

That night we went to Peggy Sue's Diner for dinner.

Spring Break Part 5-- St. George Temple Visitor Center

We had a great time visiting the St. George Temple.

Our neighbors, the Cleverlys, have been the Presidents there the past three years, and just came home a month ago.  Every time we've gone to visit, we would stop by their office.  Lindsay was REALLY disappointed that we didn't get to go in the "secret office with candy."  But all the missionaries treated us like celebrities because we live by the Cleverlys!

Spring Break Part 4-- All Abilities Park

All Abilities Park was AWESOME!!  For as much time as we have spent in St. George, I am amazed that I hadn't even heard of this park!  It had so many fun things to do and I think you could spend a whole day here!  They loved it!

I worked at a camp for kids with disabilities for 6 years, and I kept thinking of those kids and how much they would LOVE this park!!  It was so fun to see the imagination of the creators of this park--it really was amazing!

Spring Break Part 3 -- Mesquite Park and Rec Center

Our day started out with Lindsay changing her outfit twice so that she could match with Kate!
We went out to go bowling, but it was loaded with kids on a field trip, so we went to the Park and the Rec Center instead.  We lucked out with the crowds and we were the ONLY people at the park, and the only families at the pool for most of the time!  It was a great day!

Lindsay got pretty good at the monkey bars!

We stayed to watch a little baseball game while we were there!
