Kanarraville Falls

While we were in St. George, we decided to hike Kanarraville Falls.  I had seen lots of pictures before, and let me just say it did NOT disappoint!   I was SO PROUD of our kids!  They did AWESOME!  It had some tough scary parts and the hike was pretty far for kids (5+ miles), but they were AMAZING!  Lucky for Andrew, he has an awesome dad that carried him most the way up, and the whole way down while he slept!  Near the top there were some slides that were REALLY fun!  Everyone did it except for Lindsay.  I kind of wish I would have made her because I think she would have liked it once she got over the fear factor.  If you are ever near Kanarraville, I HIGHLY recommend this hike!  Hands down the prettiest one I've ever done!

St. George

We didn't JUST work while in St. George.  It was a quick trip, but we fit a lot in.  After the move, we went on a REALLY fun hike (blog post on that coming soon), then we went to our hotel.  The room we were supposed to stay in wasn't ready so we got upgraded to a SUITE!  We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, and a kitchenette! The kids were SO excited!  That night we went to the St. George Vistor Center to visit our neighbors, the Cleverlys, then we had a DELICIOUS dinner at Clark and Tiffany's BEAUTIFUL home!  So sad I didn't take any pictures!  That night we went to "The Square," played at the splash pad, rode the carousel, and watched a movie in the park!  It was an exhausting, but great day!

The Move.

We've spent the last couple weeks getting Darin's parents settled into their new home in Kaysville.
We are so excited to have them closer.  We spent the end of June making a couple trips a night (after Darin got off work) from the Bountiful storage unit to their new Kaysville home.  It was actually really fun because on the rides we spent the time reading the BFG and finished the whole book in less than a week.  We did one big "Bountiful move" the Saturday before they came home, then did one big "St. George move" this past weekend.  It sure is nice to be in such a hard working family.  It is amazing how many hands make light work!
