Lindsay's Ballet Halloween Party

Lindsay had her ballet Halloween Party today.
Have I ever mentioned how much I love Creative Arts Academy?
They always do the cutest things!

Also, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this girl!!
And I love that she wanted to be a "Cougar" for the day!

Lindsay's teacher, "Miss Jenn" is the BEST!!

They brought all the 10:00 classes together for a little party in the ballroom.

Going back to class

5th Annual Donut Night

Donut Night!
One of my favorite nights of the year...makes for one of the busiest days of the year.
Luckily for me I have some really cute helpers!
Matt and Lindsay helped roll and cut the donuts.

We had a TON of donuts!  This isn't even all of them!
Plus, I still had another overflowing bowl of dough we hadn't even cut yet!

Thanks all you awesome neighbors for coming!

We all love President Beers, and Andrew especially!

By the end of the night, the kids had moved all the chairs to play "musical chairs."

And again, my awesome awesome husband fries the donuts all night!

I get the easy job of dipping!

A few of the donuts....these aren't even the best ones!
Yummo!

The Spiders Moved In!!

Last week, I complimented my neighbor on their spooky Halloween decor & I said I should get on the ball.
Then, two days later, when we came home from church, our house looked like THIS:

They added all those cobwebs, tons of little spiders, that huge spider, and those cute pumpkin lights!

They left this cute little note too!

Matt is certain that someone really moved into our house.
He said that he put the cereal away before church and when we came back, it was on the counter again.  (Really, we all know he didn't put it away the 1st time).

Thanks to our AWESOME neighbors for the fun surprise!
It's a Halloween Miracle!

Breakfast with a Witch and Gardner Village

I've always wanted to go to the "Breakfast with a Witch" at Gardner Village.
This year, we decided to do our own version.
Lindsay got to pick a few friends to come over and I got to be the witch.

We had pumpkin and ghost pancakes, jack-o-lantern clementines, ghost milk, and dried bat wings (bacon).

After breakfast we went to Gardner Village to see the witches.

After our "Witch Scavengar Hunt" we went to the bakery for some cookies!

Couples Halloween Party

Last night my friends Camie and Taleesha planned an amazing couples Halloween Party!
It was hilarious!
I haven't laughed that hard in a long long time.

We started with a delicious dinner.

After dinner we played a few minute to win it games.

We played a game where you put a cookie on your forehead and have to get it into your mouth using only your facial muscles.
People made such funny faces!

Next, we played a game where you had to put tights (that had a ball inside) on your head and try to knock down all the water bottles.  This one was a little frustrating because I was about 4 bottles ahead of Darin and I thought I had won, but I still had one left.  Darin quickly caught up, and then WON while I worked on just that last bottle.  Darg!

This picture looks like everyone is being anti-social playing on their phones, but they were actually prepping for the most hilarious game of all!  Everyone picked a song, then one at a time everyone sand their song, while wearing headphones and blasting their song as loud as possible.  I know it sounds silly, but it was SOOO funny!  Even people who have great voices sounded so funny without us being able to hear the music.  And some even had amazing dances that went with their songs!

Thanks Camie and Taleesha for planning such a fun night!

Hodgkinson Halloween Party

Mom and Dad did an AWESOME Halloween party this year!
We had so much fun!
We started out with a mini costume 'parade.' And all the cousins got to show each other their costumes.

Then we had a delicious dinner, did a craft, watched a movie, and decorated cookies!
A perfect Halloween Party!

Andy, Matt, and Linds as Woody, Buzz, and Jessie.

The McMurray girls looked DARLING in their matching raincoats, umbrellas, and galoshes.
(Becca forgot her boots and umbrella, but I have another pic of her later).

Eliza and Reese as a Pirate and her Parrot.

Gracie and Annie as the Ingalls pioneer girls!

Mom was a cute scarecrow and dad was a "Grandfather--Clark CLOCK"

All four of the girls...

All of the cousins.

Heather helped all the kids make these cute pumpkin lanterns!  Darling!

My mom told all the grandkids to bring a pillow and blanket for the movie.
When we got there, she had all these cute new pillowcases she made fore everyone!

Uncle Rick set up the awesome outdoor movie!

After the movie, all the kids decorated HUGE Halloween cookies!!  (Thanks Ben and Kristy!)

Thanks mom and dad for the AWESOME Halloween Party!!
