Apple Picking and Apple Pie

Yesterday Matt, Lindsay, and I made my favorite apple pie.
We started out by picking the apples from our own back yard.
I love these kids, and decided to make a little movie to go with it.
The words in the song describe a lot of how I feel.

"It's not perfect, but it's everything I've dreamed of."
"It's pure bliss....It doesn't get better than this!"

I love this video! Thanks to a wife who tirelessly takes care of the children and creates opportunities for them. In the changing world it is rare to find such a wonderful wife. I know I have been blessed with a choice women to be by my side. I love my beautiful wife, couldn't ask for a better women to be partners with. Love you sweetheart!!

What a sweet sweet movie! It will be a treasure to the kids as they grow up. I feel like I need your recipe as well! ...as long as it's not some family secret. It cracked me up when Lindsay about took the branch off picking that apple. Andrew looks like he is having a blast in his exersaucer. Matthew is such a good big brother. Your kids are so stinking adorable and I love how you relinquish control and allow them to help! What great experiences they are having!

I have lots to say. :) First, you have apple trees!!! That grow good apples!!! That is so cool! The apples look just like the ones we just barely got from the apple orchard. Nice! And your movie! Oh I loved it!! We loved it. Hyrum wanted to keep watching it over and over, too. I loved the faces Matthew and Lindsay made in the movie. They are such good helpers! I need to be more patient when I have "help" from my sweeties. Your pie looked delicious and I wish I could be there to eat a piece with you! Your note from Darin was so sweet. :) Come visit!
